Rosie Ferguson, CEO

The House of St Barnabus

Rosie Ferguson became Chief Executive of House of St Barnabas, the social purpose private members’ club, in September 2019. Prior to this she was Chief Executive of Gingerbread, the national charity for single parent families, where she refocused the charity on localised peer support, digital services and campaigning for structural and systemic change. From 2012 to 2016, Rosie was chief executive of London Youth where she grew the organisation significantly in both income and impact, including leading on Talent Match London, a £10m investment in personalised support for unemployed young people. Rosie is Chair of ACEVO, the membership body for charity CEOs, aiming to support civil society leaders to make the biggest possible difference. She has also been interim Director of Partnerships at Youth Business International, Director of Operations at London Youth,  a commissioner on the London Fairness Commission and is a trustee of Centre for London.
