Louise Hinchliffe, Associate Director of Professional Development

Institute of Practitioners in Advertising

Louise is the Associate Director of Professional Development at the Institute of Practitioners in Advertising. She leads team of 8 people who develop and deliver industry specific learning and development for advertising, media and marketing agencies. The IPA advises its 267 member agencies on their talent programmes, employee engagement, how to write strategic development plans to address their business objectives and building diverse cultures where everyone thrives.

Prior to working at the IPA Louise worked at JWT London (now Wunderman Thompson) as the Business and Communications Director for the London agency.  As well as running all the PR for the agency, she worked on world famous, award winning campaigns for Kit Kat, Baileys and Kleenex to name a few. She has a reputation for being ‘relentlessly enthusiastic’, tenacious and inventive – which she is now bringing to the IPA learning and development offering.
