Jo joined Youth Business International in 2016 as Head of Mentoring and is now Director of Membership Services and Engagement. Her role encompasses leading the team delivering mentoring, entrepreneurship training, soft skills, innovation and all member engagement activities in order to support the YBI Network of over 50 organisations in their mission to enable underserved young entrepreneurs to start, grow and sustain their businesses

Join us for a three person panel on the subject of how to engage younger members. We will be joined by three speakers who represent different segments: one professional body, one donation based charity and one youth organisation. This session has the following learning outcomes: How each segment defines 'younger' members; How to create sub-segments and their relevant needs; the challenges to overcome in order to meet these needs.

This session is led by Jo Gray, Director of Membership Services and Engagement at Youth Business International, which is the global membership network of expert organisations in over 50 countries supporting underserved young people to start, grow and sustain their businesses. This session will focus on creating value propositions for members and has the following learning outcomes: Context - the key global/local model; Content - the power of sharing knowledge; Collaboration - working in communities and unlocking engagement.
