This session is led by Louise Hinchliffe, Associate Director of Professional Development and Sarah Vickerstaff, CPD Manager at the Institute of Practitioners in Advertising, the professsional body for those in the advertising industry. 12 years into the IPA’s pledge to recognise and reward agencies who demonstrate a genuine culture of learning and development, a welcome shift has taken place. More and more of their members are integrating the L&D agenda with mental health, physical wellbeing, and diversity and inclusion initiatives. Using best in class case studies from their CPD Gold and Platinum Accreditation entries, this session will explore how building a knowledgeable, healthy, and inclusive workforce is a business imperative, not an optional extra to be left to HR.
