4.7 – Find Your Brand Voice: Making Sure Your Organisational Personality is Reflected in How You Write

This session is led by Laura and Zoe from the BVA alongside Bethany, a brand voice consultant. When your organisation represents hundreds or thousands of people, developing a clear, consistent, and compelling collective voice is a challenge. This session will focus on brand voice and has the following learning outcomes:
- how you can use language more effectively across all of your communications to better demonstrate the personality and values of your organisation. This is key to making stronger, deeper connections with existing members and motivating new members to join.
- develop a clear understanding of what brand voice is, and why it’s both strategically important and practically relevant to your day-to-day work;
- be inspired by the BVA’s story of how they developed their voice and how it’s been instrumental in unlocking a variety of membership engagement initiatives across the organisation;
- learn a simple set of practical steps to start putting these brand voice ideas into action right away in your organisation.
