This session is led by Fraser Tant, Director of Membership at the British Retail Consortium, which is the trade association to retailers in the UK and has over 5000 corporate members. This session will focus on membership strategy and has the following learning outcomes:
- How BRC created a culture shift from advocacy as the main benefit towards tangible benefits;
- How the member value proposition and membership strategy was developed
- How data and insights led to new products and services such as tech support.
