Specialising in loyalty and membership programmes, Tanya has over 10 years’ experience working across a broad range of programme management disciplines, including customer and market research, data insight, partnership management, product development, customer service and engagement, CRM, and online customer experience.
Working in loyalty management within the travel industry for several years, primarily for the high speed train operator Eurostar International and later for De Vere, Tanya now works for Arsenal Football Club as Membership Marketing Manager.
Having initially focused in her career on turning customers into brand advocates, the drive now is to bring Arsenal fans closer to the club through a leading global membership proposition, which engages with fans at a young age and on throughout their lives.
Tanya believes developing and nurturing this life-time customer journey will drive long-term commercial gains.
