With over 25 years’ in management consultancy, coaching and change management, across a wide range of sectors, I bring a great combination of business acumen and experience coaching the highest levels of leadership. I specialise in leadership coaching with senior executives and managers, including working with leadership teams and Boards. I also develop and deliver bespoke leadership development programmes which include a blend of workshop training, coaching and e-learning, tailored in short digestible portions.
For nine years, I worked with the senior executives of Shell International where I inculcated success and increased performance in these leaders and their business units. I developed and implemented global change strategies, across 153 countries, affecting 83,000+ employees. I am well equipped to support leaders in complex and rapidly-changing environments.
Previously, Employed with Shell International for almost 10 years holding roles such as internal consultant, Global Strategy Lead for Lubricants (specialising in Competitive Intelligence) and HR Services Global Change Manager. Certified practitioner of competitive intelligence and transformation management. Certified coach and member of the International Coaching Federation. Also business and director-level mentor. this means that I have the business performance, people development and change management skills, tools and qualifications to help individuals, teams and businesses realise their potential.
