The Woodland Trust

Following a long and successful career at a senior level in Marketing in Higher Education branching out into Recruitment and Admissions at a small university in the East Midlands, I decided to spread my wings and experience the charity world.

Now, 18 months into my role at the Woodland Trust as Lead Retention and Engagement Manager, I couldn’t have joined at a more exciting time in the sector.  In a nutshell, my role is to increase retention of our members ensuring we are meeting their needs and therefore they are happy to continue with their regular donations.

With supporters and members at the forefront of what we do, we are picking up pace with our Supporter Journey Project embedding this into the membership journey.  It’s a long and complex road ahead, however, I’m confident we will get there and both the supporters and the Woodland Trust will reap the benefits.
