I am privileged to lead a fantastic team delivering membership service excellence to over 183,000 members. I manage the strategic delivery of membership change projects including profit and loss analysis of service.
I am responsible for the development of the membership proposition as well as being the Data protection officer responsible for the national compliance of our organisation.
I work with and support national committees of volunteers and occasionally enjoy a stout.
