Hester McQueen, Marketing & Communications Officer

Hester is responsible for looking after the Institute of Chartered Foresters marketing and communications activities. She has gained a wide-range of experience/skills in both traditional and digital marketing from working in London and various locations in the UK.

Hester graduated from Queen Margaret University, Edinburgh, with an MSc International Management & Leadership and BA Marketing Management. She is currently studying a Professional Marketing CIM Diploma at Edinburgh college.

Hester previously worked with leading global companies in the packaging sector and contributed to making the first Spirits Summit (Metropolis International Group) in Edinburgh a huge success. Hester’s digital knowledge specifically towards social media and monitoring has led her to work along with Yatter, a new social media platform, to promote the platform to professionals in Edinburgh.

In Hester’s spare time she supports Reprobrand on various projects including Gin Queen and Project Blue.
