Research by Design

Research by Design is a busy, growing, full service market research agency. We offer qualitative and quantitative research, secondary research services and consultancy services (independent objective advice on the design and interpretation of studies) to a prestigious portfolio of clients.

We work in the B2B and B2C sectors, which makes our work varied and interesting. Do I have any favourites? I guess those that offer the more challenging projects and require a bit more thinking time than normal.

Business is very good and we are being commissioned to undertake some interesting work. We continue to grow our share of research in the membership, industrial, destinations, health and professional services sectors, as well as in brand auditing and development more generally. Consequently we are actively looking for experienced researchers – from Research Executive level right the way through to Research Director. We offer some great opportunities for those wanting to develop their career in London or the Midlands.

I am actively engaged in organising a range of events for the Market Research Society’s Midlands Group. This is very satisfying as it gives local researchers, insight managers and planners an opportunity to get together and to catch up on some of the initatives and work that is going on in the region as well as to network – a forum where relationships are built, knowledge shared and our profession promoted.
