Currently the Membership Communications Manager for the Woodland Trust, my role is to increase retention by providing our members with the best, most memorable experiences ensuring they love us for longer.
With CIM qualifications and ten years experience in tourism and charity sectors, including previous roles at Chatsworth House and Twycross Zoo under my belt, I’ve vast experience in developing complex membership schemes driving both recruitment and retention. Just 18 months into my role, and some interesting changes made (combined with a genuine fascination with trees!) our retention rates are soaring, and our members are giving us the thumbs up, just a glimpse of the exciting things to come!
