British Academy of Film & Television Arts (BAFTA)
At BAFTA I am in a newly created role as ‘Head of’, moving membership from an administrative function to one that is marketing and engagement driven.
The main focus is retention, engagement and secondary spend whilst facilitating acquisition by increasing awareness and applications from a segmentation model. The role has marketing and communications embedded within it – I am working on overall tone of voice, messaging and comms for the whole function.
The role leads on strategy and budget and works closely with the Director of Awards and Membership, the COO, CEO and the BAFTA Board and committees.
My role manages the relationship between members and BAFTA. In this role I line manage the Membership and Awards Coordinator, I have a dotted line to the Awards and Membership Assistant and I lead on membership within the global teams in the US and UK.
