Ben has worked in a series of professional qualification and lifelong learning settings, and has spent the last five years at the Engineering Council. His current role involves working with the 35 professional engineering institutions to set and implement policy and regulations.
Recent projects include guidance documents on Whistleblowing and Security, and ongoing work to establish a culture of reflective CPD among professionals. Ben is also product manager of the Engineering Council’s online CPD system mycareerpath®.
