This session will focus on how the Royal Institute of British Architects (RIBA) has shifted focus to increase member participation. This session will be delivered by London Regional Director, Dian Small, who is membership development/change champion.
This session will deliver the following educational learning outcomes:
1) An introduction to why ‘local’ needed to change at the RIBA (shifting from attendance to participation)
2) An explanation of how affective change/development was introduced & the impact
3) Top Tips and Bear Traps to watch out for when optimising member attendance/participation
